We are excited to announce another new feature for Indieheaven members! volumMonster is a new tool that powers the ability for Artists to grow their fan base using the "Power of Free"! Artists create codes that Fans redeem in order to download FREE files that artists are giving away. It's a WIN-WIN for both the fan and artist! As fans redeem, download, and enjoy their free files, an artist builds their fan base, one download at a time.

We all know that giving away a free song or video is not a new idea. However, volumMonster has taken this idea and improved it! volumMonster provides a seamless process that allows fans to meet new artists and artists to know WHO their fans are! Imagine how this knowledge alone will help artists more efficiently market their music and more effectively accomplish their mission!

I've heard the value of your net worth is determined by the size of your network. This is so true! In the days of 99 cent singles, or even lower, music has been devalued to where it is not worth much in the minds of the consumer. Oh well, that's just the way it goes. Indieheaven members will now be able to give files away, and collect fan data, right from their Indieheaven page! The process will be powered by volumMonster! I have worked out a deal with them that allows your Indieheaven membership to include a BASIC volumMonster Artist Account!

Here's what you get:
* Create up to 5 Unique Codes
* Upload up to 15 Files
* 500 Downloads per month
* Data Collection- You get the persons name, email address, zip code, birthdate, and possibly their cell phone #!
* Stats - what songs were downloaded, how many times, and by WHO!

The entire process will begin right from your Indieheaven Profile! To take advantage of this tremendous new IH Feature, you must first join volumMonster as an artist. Let them know you are an Indieheaven Member to be sure to receive your free account! IH members with a volumMonster Artist Account will have a REDEEM IT tab on their Indieheaven profiles. On the Redeem It tab, fans can enter the unique code you have created for your unique promotion. After they enter the code and click the Redeem It button, a new browser page will open where they enter their information and download your song from volumMonster.

Remember, as a "Touring Pro" or "Sold Out Arenas" tier member you get a volumMonster Artist Account for FREE! That's a $9.95 per month VALUE! However, if you cancel your Indieheaven account, your volumMonster account will also be canceled.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SET UP YOUR VOLUMMONSTER ACCOUNT and INTEGRATE INTO INDIEHEAVEN
1. To Sign up for your Free VolumMonster account, go to www.volummonster.com.
2. Once you've joined, look in your artist settings and find your ACC (Artist Account Code)
3. Go to your IH Admin... go to My Contact/Artist Info... and type your volumMonster ACC into the box provided. This step will ensure that you are signed up for an IH Artist Account on volumMonster.

IN YOUR volumMonster Admin:
4. Set up a code (Up to 5 at a time)
5. Upload and link your files (Up to 15 at a time)

IN YOUR Indieheaven Admin:
If you want people to be able to redeem a code on your Indieheaven profile, in the "Redeem" tab;
6. Go to My Contact/Artist Info... and type your giveaway code into the box provided.
