What if I am on other sites, can I still join Indieheaven?

Do I need a CD to join?
No, you do not need a produced CD to join, our members can upload single songs, music in development, or whatever you want on your profile. You are in complete control!

How do people preview songs?
We stream MP3 files through our custom flash player. Members add their own song previews and can make them any length they want, and update their song previews at any time. There is no file size limit for song previews.

Can people purchase single song and album downloads?
YEP! Surfers can purchase single songs as 192kbs MP3 files with no DRM. These files will play in ANY MP3 player or i-pod. We also offer full digital albums if the member makes all of their songs available for sale from an album. (an album can be a CD, or simply a collection of songs). Customers download one .zip file with all the songs in the file. We also have a great Flash Music Player/Sales Widget for members who make their songs available for sale on their Indieheaven profile. This player can be placed on other websites.

Do you stock product and how much?
Nope. Members mail their own physical CDS to their customers. We let members know via email when an order is placed and provide them their customer mailing address, plus their email address. This way, members can add other materials in with their CD and connect even more with their customer. And...members still get 100% of their CD sales income! We do not charge customers a mailing fee when they order, which they really like!

How much do you charge to sell my music?
You can have as many CD projects listed on your profile for no charge. If you want to offer your single songs, Digital Distribution setup on Indieheaven is FREE! Songs are added for sale on a first received, first added basis. usually within 24-48 hours! Remember.. YOU get 100% of the GROSS sale of your music. NO ONE else offers this to independent artists. NO ONE!

When do I get paid?
If you participate in selling CD's, digital downloads, refer artists and place banners on other websites, you can earn income on Indieheaven! Every 30 days from the date you joined us, we'll reconcile your account. We start with our membership fee of $19.95 per month. If you have music sales, we'll deduct sales income from our membership fee. ie; if you have $15.00 worth of income for the month, you will only be charged $4.95 for the next 30 days, and your next due date will be 30 days later. If you have more than $19.95 in income in your account, we'll apply that to your membership and carry over the positive account balance for the next month. Your credit/debit card is not charged for that month. Same goes for income generated from our banner program or referral income. We'll apply any income to your membership fee. Conversely, if you have bid for a Premium Listing slot in our search engines, the activity will be charged against your account. It's up to you! We pay artists when their income level reaches $25.00. We'll pay you via Paypal or send you a check. It's that easy! If you opt for extended terms, we send you money when your account reaches $25!
