Internet pornography is a temptation that many men, women, and families in the church face. The vast majority of men in the church, and a growing number of women, are losing this battle, every month, every week, some even every day, and yet too few people are willing to talk about this weakness and bring it out into the open. It is time we blow the lid on this issue.
The ministries of Covenant Eyes and Indie Heaven are sponsoring a song search to help bring this problem into the light. Write and submit a song about the temptations of lust and/or pornography and the freedom that is possible when we confess our sins to God and one another. Click Here for a press release. |

Rules and Guidelines to submit your song:
- There is no fee to submit a song! It's free!
- You do not need to be a member of Indie Heaven in order to submit.
- The deadline to enter a song is June 6, 2009. Five finalists will be posted on CovenantMusicians.com shortly after. A panel of judges (TBA) will vote on their favorite song and the grand prize winner will be announced June 20, 2009.
- Grand prize winner will receive a free year membership on Indieheaven.com, a free year membership to Covenant Eyes. The winning song and artist(s) will be used in a professional video production featuring the song, and the winning song will be included in a compilation CD (details TBA).
- Only 1 song per email address please. Make sure the email address you enter is a valid and working email address so we can contact you if you are selected as one of the 10 finalists! Make sure to ok emails from Indieheaven.com in your email client. If we can't reach you, you won't be selected!
- Watch the video and write a song about this important issue.
- Songs must be a good quality demo.
- Songs must be submitted as 128kbps, 44.1khz, 16 bit, MP3 files. All other files will be rejected.
- Lyrics must be typed in the box provided and submitted before you submit your MP3 file. You will be taken to a second page to submit the MP3 file. If your music track has no lyrics, type in NO LYRICS.
- Be sure to read and agree to the 2 documents below. You MUST agree in order to submit your song.
