It was great to hear the story behind INDIEHEAVEN and the awesome of result of Indies discovering community and the blessing of learning to serve one another. Keith, I know you work 24/7. A lot of people can talk about what has been developed around your vision, but you have committed the time, energy, and personal risks. I can identify with all of that.
Chuck Fromm, Founder of Maranatha Music, Publisher of Worship Leader and Worshiper Magazines.
keith, I have always felt like you have done amazing work with your organization.

I wanted to let you know how much of a blessing Indieheaven has been in booking artists. We have booked about 60% of our artists through Indieheaven. The quality of the artists has also been wonderful.
Thanks again for all that you do and keep up the great work.- Bruce- The Emmaus Road Cafe
Greetings! I've been listening to Powerpraise Radio on-line, and I love what you're doing! Since our little venue loves to help independent artists and bands, we want to support what you're doing - so I've just added a link (through a banner) on the Links page of our site: http://www.gjscoffeehouse.com We've had at least a few indieheaven artists at GJs: Adriane Blanco, Mariah Secrest, Tim Juillet (booked for October), Wahba, and maybe a couple of others. God bless you, and keep up the great work!- Dale Barkley, GJ's Coffeehouse
Thanks for putting the word out about our search for artists for our compilation CD "The Spirit of Adoption." We are proud to announce the inclusion of 2 IndieHeaven Artists, and we wanted to share this news with you. Sandi Padilla and Becky Wright have both submitted tracks that we are excited to include on the CD. Their songs will be alongside Steven Curtis Chapman, Sandi Patti, Todd Agnew, Rita Springer, and others. So, just wanted to say thanks again and commend you on the great work you're doing to help independent artists. God Bless!-
Chuck Giacinto from Adoptive Music
Hey Keith, The new site looks great! I love the new slogan! It is so cool that you are celebrating 10 years this year. You've done so much to help indie artists - more than any other group I can think of. :) That's why you're the number one place I recommend when indie artists ask me where to go.
God bless ... and keep up the great work

I recommend the site to indie bands all the time... It definitely is the best Christian market resource for artists to learn the business and build their ministries.- Anita Crawford- Springboard Entertainment
Just wanted to drop a quick line to let you know that in all our interviews that I have done, I have never once heard one bad word come out of anyone's mouth about Indie Heaven which is totally awesome. But just recently I had the pleasure of interviewing Donna Kay and I wanted to tell you that she praised all of you at Indie Heaven and spoke so highly of you all that I thought I would take the time and drop you folks a line to let you know about this. You do great work for the Christian Indie Artists and it's nice to know that people do see it and praise it. Continued Success and Blessings >From your friends at – Outlaws 4 Christ. Doc Dalton www.outlaws4christ.com
We Just had our first "coffee house" at our small church here in Vancouver, WA by Amy Gustafson. That I found through your website. It was much easier that I had thought it would be. When I was in bands and out there knocking on doors I would have given up an arm for something like this, but the Internet was not out there at that time. So my hat's off to you for this idea and keep the good times rolling. -Noah Murphy, Youth Pastor Cascade Community Church
Keith, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for your genius in creating Indieheaven. You are truly lightyears ahead of any site out there in what there is to offer. Your team has been a huge part of my success and for that I am eternally grateful!Thank you so much for helping my ministry! I am really excited about only using the IH site b/c it is so easy and effective.- Donna Kay
Hi Keith, I just wanted to let you know about the comments I received last night, concerning Indieheaven.
Last night I performed on live TV, in the studios of WATC TV57, in Atlanta. The husband and wife hosts of Atlanta Live called me over to sit with them, and be interviewed, immediately following a song, and just before I performed my last two songs. I did all my playing and singing (four songs in all) during the first hour of the two hour program. If you have ever watched "Praise the Lord" on TBN, the format was basically the same thing, with the hosts talking to various ministers, with various types of ministries, with the performing artists interspersed. They did about a 10 minute interview with me.
The show's producer caught me out in the lobby, after I was finished, and told me how happy he was, to have discovered Indieheaven! He told me that I was around the third artist from Indieheaven he had booked. He said it seemed to him that Indieheaven's artists were all so very good at what they did, and also so professional and sincere, in the way they did it; the way they handled themselves, as well as their sincerity in serving the Lord.
He said he was very impressed, and that we,( the Indieheaveners, who have performed on the program) would definitely be back to perform and minister!
I just thought you might like to hear that. The producer's name is *****. I took the liberty to give him your email address, so that he could tell you all this good stuff, himself. He said he would email you. His email address is *******.
It was a great night, and I have already been called and booked at a restaurant, several miles away, and have received several emails and phone calls from viewers, telling me how much they enjoyed seeing and hearing me on the show! And just think, I probably wouldn't have been asked to appear, had it not been for Indieheaven! And God, of course!
I hope you have a great weekend, and God bless you!- Jerry Yates
IndieHeaven has increased my awareness of the market, provided me with a professionally run and looking outlet to share our craft, surrounded me with a team of experts from all walks of life and the music industry - thereby synergistically increasing the band's reach and effectiveness at spreading the Gospel. IH provides an additional level of crediblity to what we are doing here. Regardless of where you are on your journey the fact remains that we are all ready for Indieheaven! Stepping up your music and mission ...."A Stairway to Indie-Heaven" David Lin/9th Hour
This is David Robertson, from The Darsee Project. I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for all of your encouragement and help over the last few years and more specifically with reference to a discussion I've recently have with our Band Manager, Don Fleck. I have been very impressed with IH and your steadfast commitment to artist relation. We are judged not only for our words, but our words are verified by our actions. You have said by your actions that you care about people. Our relationship is not about money. I appreciate the opportunity to work so closely with your organization, and I am proud to have such a gracious commander at the helm of IH. I am grateful for people like you who's commitment to the cross pours over into every avenue of your life. I hope you will continue to be as much of an encouragement to those around you, as you have been to us. Thank you and may God bless your ministry as you seek His face.- David Robertson
I was lured to I.H. for the business model but I have spent a lot of time the last few days reading a lot of the forums and I have to say that what you have created here as a ministry to Christian musicians is amazing. I know what it is like to start a company with a vision and pour your heart and soul (and countless hours) into it and sometimes feel like the vision is not being accomplished fast enough. However, from experience I know that long term dedicated investment of time and passion in the pursuits the Lord directs us to builds a foundation that cannot easily be torn down. Your passion and dedication to this mission shows man – keep it up!!!
Chris Updegraft
I know how Indieheaven works, and that you pour every cent you have into the mission. And that’s how it should be! You do such a fantastic job, and are such a blessing. See, if it wasn’t for IH, I wouldn’t even be having this festival, because I would have given up on my music mission a long time ago. The mentoring I’ve received at IH, and the relationships I have made thru the network have allowed me to grow and have the confidence to pull together something like this. So, you are supporting me, whether you know it or not. Y’all stay blessed. We’ll keep promoting you down here in South Texas. And keep those prayers coming!! Debbie Rice- United in Him Festival, IH member
Hello Indieheaven Staff, Thank you for featuring our music. We're received requests to play our music on radio stations. One email in particular is very promising. We understand that our music is different. It's how the Spirit has ministered it to and through us. We understand that it is convicting, as well. That's what the Spirit does. It's all good! We understand that only those whom the Spirit has given ears to hear, will hear what He is saying. We want to save people and build them up in Yehoshua. We're just getting started! Again, thank you!- Kim Black
I am so glad you have indieheaven because there are so many resources available to me. I just wanted to let you know that every networking, musical developing opportunity, and marketing tool that you have provided has come in more super handy in the last 3 months than it has since I've been a member. I guess in part, it's because I have taken it upon myself to be more pro-active. You tell us that all the time. I thought I had the pro-active part down, but I see now I had not scratched the surface. Thanks for keeping us encouraged. I think more than anything, I have learned that rejection can be your best asset, by helping you strive toward perfection with God given power. How's that for chicken soup for the soul (laugh). Seriously, thanks Keith. I have referred a few artists to you in the last few weeks. It's just sometimes hard getting artists out of the box, in terms of explaining to them that it takes investments to make returns on investments. No risk. No gain. So let the $19.95 carry you as far it can go. I have found that it is completely worth over $1,995.00 in rewards in the long run :)- Kenneith Perrin
Thank you Keith for the nice welcome! Hey, I LOVE having the chance to talk to so many awesome people. Yourself, and many of the artists in Indieheaven. I have learned a lot already. I am looking forward to the future and hope what I learn from being apart of Indieheaven will develop my character and help me to achieve excellence in all I set out to do. I have been honored to have the chance to communicate with you. That's what is so cool, you carry yourself as a down to earth, one of us, kinda guy and it speaks volumes. No wonder God has blessed your ministry!! I am looking forward to continuing with Indieheaven. Lara Marriott
Keith, Man I can’t thank you enough! This is just awesome!!! I can’t believe I waited so long to join IH!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Blessings, Micheal Dwyer Director, The September Project
We've been members of indieheaven for almost a year and a half. I just wanted to take the time to tell all of you how awesome Indieheaven is. These guys are top notch! I have to admit that we haven't always taken advantage of all that they offer and now realize that you can't get this much direction and advice for the price anywhere else (believe me, we know.) We've received great...I mean GREAT bookings from being a part of this community. God led me to this site through a google search at about 1:00 a.m. in November of 2006 and Keith and the gang have been a blessing ever since. It is so awesome to know that there is a network of believers that are committed to leading people to the throne of God through music. I know that we will from this point on take full advantage of this God given opportunity to encourage and to be encouraged with this community of indies!- Kerri Crutchfield- Crutchfield
I’ve been doing quite a bit of research, networking, and browsing through the IH site. I have to say, that the more I do, the better it gets, and the more I get out of it. It’s definitely one of the best investments with regards to anyones music ministry. Victor- .LIFEBLOOD.
I was at the Xpress Him Conference this past Friday, April 13th and heard
Margaret Becker speak on two topics. During her dissertation(s) she
brought up Indieheaven.com and spoke very highly about the tremendous job
you are doing for indie artists!
Ken Lang
First, I just want to say thank you for providing such a wonderful tool for indies. We are so impressed. We are directing everything back to IH from our website now as you suggested and it has really given us a more professional appeal. I am attaching the PR we sent out yesterday to our local papers so you can have it on file. (I am sending some more today.) Thank you for producing such a professional and well written PR. We just received word that Grace and Mercy magazine wishes to feature John Gillespie in their Feb/March issue. I believe this is due to the fact that he was featured on your Staff Picks and we just want you to know how honored, humbled and grateful we are to you and IndieHeaven for recognizing the artists in this way. I have sent the information Berney requested to get this ball rolling.Mbr>
John Gillespie/Carved in Stone
Indieheaven has been a wonderful asset to my ministry this past year. Some of the relationships that I've built here will probably be lifelong friendships. I'm SO thankful for IH and the connections and exposure that I've gotten through it. Mindy Boyd
Keith, I just wanted to say thank you again for all that you have done to help me. I realize now how many artist and members indie has, and for you to take the time to email me and point me in the rite direction is truly flattering. Hit me back when you get my package, an let me know what you think of my other songs. THANK YOU AGAIN Keith... God bless you brother!!!!!- Danial Massie
You all are just unbelieveable in your passion, vision, and perspiration! Thanks always, Della
Keith- Great work with the new site -- it's super improved and looks terrific!
We've been sitting on some news that I've been meaning to send you...Francesca is in the process of signing record and publishing deals with Word and will be moving to Nashville next week to begin working on her first major-label project. She's excited at the prospect of gaining a larger platform for her music and her ministry, as some pretty cool things are already starting to take shape!
We've loved being part of the IH family since the end of 2005, but it's time for us to be moving on. As you know, we're required to adhere to certain contractual requirements relating to auxiliary websites, and as Franny won't be an Indie artist (for now) we will need to kick her off the IH island! So...please cancel her account at the end of it's current cycle.
We'll continue to shout your praises and will certainly continue to send our many friends to IH.
Blessings and best wishes,
Mike Battistelli (For Francesca Battiselli)
hey mr Keith I just wanted to thank you agian for bringing us up and we are honored to be a part of the Extreme tour. Thank you for being my email brother for all these years and for given people like us an outlet that is always ther and GODS time puts us in motion. Thanks for not giving up on a dude with alot of hats who wants to make sure to keep GOD in the front row. Thank you for the intro into a NEW season. We are ready to update our site/inventory/new ep and pictures. Keith Ted is really cool!! Thanks again man your STILL funky Christian brother......JEROME JAM 160D
Remember a while back when we exchanged this email. I was going through some old emails and found this one and thought about my progress and growth as a reult of being on IH. My goals were to get more exposure and bookings. I've accomlished both in a short time. The best part is the last question you asked about what you guys could do for me. I said Pray for guidance and that God would birth new songs in me. HE TOTALLY HAS!! I've written several new songs as well as finished a couple of older ones. We finished my first recorded worship song today. It's pretty cool. I'm gonna uplad it on the network to see what you guys think of it.
This is just a word of encouragement to let you and the gang at IH know that you're making a difference in my life!

Indieheaven has been a huge part of my career and ministry. If I'm correct I joined back in 2003 right after my first Album came out. By being on indieheaven my fan base grew and my songs were being heard on indieheaven radio from people all over!
In 2007 I released my second Album and again I had great success on indieheaven. A few of my songs were in the top ten on indieheaven radio but my song"Unbelievable" was at number one for some time, which was awesome! I was nominated for 5 Momentum Awards. I was so blessed to be in the finals for each category and it was an honor to be able to sing at the Momentum Awards.
The CIA Summit each year was so informative. The different panels helped educated me with the business side of music and challenged me to become a better artist. I developed great friendships....what a great way to fellowship!
The time has come for me to move forward with my music ministry and I have been so blessed to have had indieheaven be that platform to get me to the next level. Indieheaven is truly like a family. Keith is awesome!!! A genius heading up indieheaven. The most easy going guy that you can always email and get a fast reply. A man who is truly interested in your ministry!
Thank you again, Indieheaven!!!

Keith
Hey man, we just got home I wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you so much for hooking us up with Brent Miligan (Brent was formerly an A&R person for EMI/Sparrow and a very in demand producer and session bassist who has produced and played on many top CCM albums). It was not only an honor to have him and his talent on the cd but he was just an awesome guy to deal with. We ran into a few snags(nothing too major) and he just totally went with the flow and worked with us. It was never a put-out for him, he did the project for way less than he usually does, and he was so happy to do it. There were a few songs that he laid down some cool new ideas and it totally changed the direction of the song, and they came out amazing. It really blessed us and I just want to say thanks.
Nate from the band One Foot Forward
Just thought I'd let you know...
keith, I just read your wonderful bio. what a magnificant testimony and calling that God gave you! i just want to personally thank you for being obedient to the Lord because we independent artists here at indie heaven would never have been able to succed at out individual callings without your faithfullness.i don't know why i haven't registered much earlier, but God's timing is always perfect and i was destined to be a part of this wonderful organization at this time in His will.
you seem like a wonderful Godly man who really cares about God's people and evengelizing and as i'd mentioned in my last email- you'll be in my prayers. you and the rest of the staff are on the frontlines and in these dark, end times, Satan isn't to too happy that you're vehicle-indie heaven is catapulting the word more quickly and in a widespread way. God's wildfire-indie heaven. thank you, thank you- thank you!
Respectfully, angel
Keith, Just wanna say you guys are doing an AMAZING JOB. I'm honored and proud to be a part of this organization! For the Kingdom,
Fred McKinnon
Keith, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for everything you do at indieheaven. I have come across many websites that promise a lot of things but don't come through or don't offer all of the avenues that indieheaven does. We truly appreciate the integrity with which you are running indieheaven and look forward to a long relationship with you.
Praise-Apella
Thanks for creating this site for all us independent Christian writer/musicians. It's difficult without major church financial support but we independents are fighting the good fight to spread HIS words of Love and Grace! Today it's our "The Well's Angels" (1) year anniversary with Indieheaven...yah baby. We've grown exponentially and part of our success is your website.
The Wells Angels
Thanks so much for everything you do. You and the site have been such a blessing to Kristyn and myself. I am constantly getting booking leads from the community boards, venue lists, and the other artists.
Kristyn Leigh
How did you find out about Indieheaven? I was told about it by David Linn from the band 9th Hour. He kept telling me that I needed to join but I kept blowing it off because I figured it was some scam site. But since then I have been looking into it and wished I would have joined sooner!
AfterLife
"Indieheaven has been a very significant part of the journey the Lord has had me on these past couple of years. As my band and I made the trek to Nashville for the first CIA Summit, God revealed and refined the vision and call for our ministry.
A year ago, I was signed to a label and have my first national release coming out this October. With major distribution, God has opened avenues of opportunity I could never have imagined. I have the privilege of going out on tour with Rachael Lampa, Bryan Duncan, Martha Munizzi and Yolanda Adams this holiday season, and again for Easter.
With my first two national tours scheduled and approaching quickly, I am seeing more and more that without inter-depended on each other and total dependence on the Father, I have nothing to give....even on my best day. As artists, God has given each of us an assignment. Where he calls, he guides and directs us when we are obedient and willing to adjust to him daily.
Keith, the president of Indieheaven has said something frequently that is so very true....." Pray as if you're totally depending on God, work as if your totally depending on you"
Diligently go after what you know God has called you to do...wherever he has called you to it! Don't wait for things to happen.......see where God is working and join him!
You'll be amazed at the doors he will open as you obey in the small things.....he will expand your territory!" Pressing In,
Heather Powers
"Our experience with Indieheaven.com for Joanna Martino has been tremendous. We have received more inquiries into her music and ministry from her placement on IndieHeaven.com than from anything else we have done to date and we're on most major sites, including MySpace. Thanks Indieheaven for such a great tool."
Andrew Patton: Patton House Entertainment LLC
"IndieHeaven.com has provided the major boost that our band needed after relocating to Nashville. The site has gained us attention from labels, promoters, songwriters and many other industry types. Aside from the contacts we've made, we've even landed some great booking opportunities we wouldn't have otherwise had and earned thousands of dollars, commission free! Matter of fact, Indieheaven founder, Keith Mohr gave us a check for $1000.00 for the week we were part of their "Will Play for Change" tour. Most indies have to PAY to be on a national tour! We highly recommend IndieHeaven and the work that Keith is doing... "

This is Jared with Five Face Down. First off, let me say WOW! We have only been members for like 3 days and I am continually blown away with all the new stuff I am finding available to us on your site. I can not believe the resources and tools you have made available. Without sounding clique, you are a gift from God. This is exactly what we have been looking for to help bring our ministry along. Thank you and everyone at IH for working so hard for us Indie artists.
There's no one I know more skeptical than myself. After years of searching for an avenue of exposure through an indie organization, I decided to take a chance on Indieheaven. And now I know! What I saw didn't just look good from the outside, it is truly a blessing on the inside. The community, the support, the opportunities...this is Indieheaven, meeting the needs of the independent artist."
Bruce Beck of the group Seven
WOW I'm overwhelmed with all the stuff you guys provide. I know I'm
just getting started with you but what you offer is the sort of stuff I've
been looking for, for years. God Bless You and the ministry of Indieheaven.
I'm looking forward to using as much of the opportunities as I can.
Bob Burbee
I have enjoyed being a member of indieheaven. I have been happier with my indieheaven site than my official website. I have no access to my official site, no way to communicate with my fans, no way to make updates in a timely fashion. I'm sure I don't have to explain, but unfortunately I will likely have to start over fresh with a new webmaster and new site. It's functional for now, but has been poorly maintained.
Thanks for offering such a great service to artists like myself.
Krista Remmers-Morgan
Thank you Indieheaven for an amazing experience. Unbelievable! What can I say! The response we have received from our page has been beyond what we could have ever imagined. We have received over 5000 visitors to our page within the first 3 weeks of joining. You guys have done an incredible job setting up your website. There is such a wealth of information available. You offer so much for such a small investment. Indieheaven is by far the best bargain in the music business. I'm urging all my artist friends to get on board.
Terry from The Wilbanks
If you are a Christian independent artist, you must know the true definition of the phrase "Highs and Lows". One day you play to a crowd of people who dig every note you play, every joke you deliver, and every riff and chorus you throw at them. After your gig people tell you your music is anointed and that they know you're "going places". The next day you could play to a crowd of about eight people in a tiny room who all look at you like they'd rather be fishing… or watching someone fish. As they sip their coffee and carry on their conversation, you sit lonely on the stage singing about Jesus… and singing to Jesus, since He's probably the only one listening. Being an indie is no cake-walk. We need help sometimes, don't we?
The Lord blessed me with that help when I discovered Indieheaven.com. After being told about the Indieheaven website and seeing an ad in CCM, I reluctantly checked it out. I know that there are so many bogus sites out there claiming they will directly connect you with stardom and fame for only a small monthly fee…. Yeah, right. However, what I noticed about Indieheaven.com was that it didn't promise me fame or success. Rather, it guaranteed to equip me with the tools and connections I needed for a successful career.
I decided to take a chance on Indieheaven.com, and thank God I did. I can honestly say that since I have joined, it has been one of the best things that has ever happened to my career as an indie artist. As an indieheaven member, my once uneducated indie brain has been overloaded with ideas, connections, advice, and tools. I have made friends with other indies, and I now have priceless gig opportunities because of their friendships.
I have personally met Keith Mohr, president of Indieheaven.com, and he is one of the most sincere and passionate people in the Christian music industry. He means exactly what he says, believes in the indie movement whole-heartedly, follows through with his indieheaven artists personally, and does everything in his power to help you succeed! Most importantly, Keith doesn't consider Indieheaven.com his job, but rather it is something the Lord has called him to do. It is his ministry.
Since being on Indieheaven.com, I have been on the Indieheaven Radio Chart which are published in the national magazine "Christian Radio Weekly" (CRW Magazine). This priceless feature has actually gotten me radio play in cities around the country. Indieheaven.com is also responsible for one of my songs getting on the GMA Special Indie Disc (I-Disc) and Signed Artist Disc (S-Disc). Over 3000 copies of these discs were dispersed during Gospel Music Week in Nashville, Tennessee April 1-5, 2006 and were put directly in the hands of industry professionals. They were also mailed to over 300 Christian Radio Stations!
Indieheaven.com is a growing and evolving place for indies who are serious about taking their career to the next level. It certainly has done wonderful things in my life, and I highly recommend it to anybody with a heart to minister to people through their music. The "Highs and Lows" of an indie lifestyle can never be completely remedied. However, they can be consoled and reduced by the wealth of knowledge and rich community atmosphere that is Indieheaven.com.

Keith - I'd just like to say that I'm on the edge of my seat about I.H. -
Not for "what it can do for me" so much -- but what God is going to do through it.
He will do something that will be completely unexpected and unimagined.
I think tomorrow -5/18- I will have been on I.H. for 1 year, and I'm trying to imagine NOT being associated with it for the last year,
and I can't do it.
God has moved in my heart in many ways as a result of my association w/ you artists.
(And you're all musicians??????)
I've been encouraged in many ways, and frustrated in other ways - that's life.
But in taking in these amazing posts, and feeling people's hearts, hearing about victories, set-backs, challenges, undreamed-of opportunities, strengths and weaknesses,
road blocks, shared wisdom, expertise, rantings and ravings, aching heartaches, inching progress, leaps-and-bounds progress, soap-box oratories, chagrinned apologies, losses and gains, X's and O's, .... oh, and - etc. ......
This is community in every sense of the word - when I see who is posting something, I feel like I already know what they're going to say,
most of the time.
(And you're all musicians?)
I love it when all these personalities filter through
Thanks to all!
Keith, you're meeting w/ very important people - you're working a lot of hours.
And you still always look like you've just showered.
How do you do it?
Oh, I know, you use those handy wipes.

Just wanted to give ya'll some good feedback! This was my first CD
order (YAAHOO!), and the guy who ordered it told me he received the CD
within 2 days of ordering it. He was impressed! And so am I! Thank
you so much for handling this so professionally. And I also appreciate
getting the automated email notification. Very cool! Thanks again for all you do! Indieheaven ROCKS!!

We at NarroPath feel that Indieheaven is a blessing to us and all artists on indieheaven. We know it's a business for you guys, but we feel you are addressing the indie artist needs and have their best interest in mind. At no time do we feel that you are in it for yourself. What a blessing Indieheaven has been for us.

I got a call from a venue in new jersey interested in booking me. I asked the owner how he found me & he said that he was on the indieheaven site looking for artists from new jersey. I was a bit dumbfounded. My response was, that's interesting because I just joined Indieheaven 4 hours ago!!! Just to let you know that within 4 hours, your site worked. I've just booked a date with him in January...very cool..."

Indieheaven has been one of the key tools that our band has used to grow our ministry over the past 2 years. Through the relationships we have built there,
we have not only sold product, but we have secured nationwide distribution, publicity, radio, and hired a booking agency. Indieheaven has always put ministry first, and this is why we will continue to put our energy and faith
into them. Chronos

We (mile7) recently had the opportunity to get hooked in with a booking/management company. They don't represent us, but they give us a call anytime one of their artists (Tree63, Skillet, etc) needs an opening act in Louisville or Lexington or Cinci or Indianapolis. We asked them about some regional booking and they said that they only do signed artists. So, we asked them what was the best move that we could make as an independent.
"Well," they said "have you joined Indieheaven yet?" So, here we are!
We also just wanted to send a quick thank you note/personal message to thank you for featuring mile7 on the indieheaven radio podcast. Your giving heart, servant's mentality, and constant encouragement mean a lot to us and I'm sure that it means a lot to all of the independent Christian bands to whom you minister. We have never stopped to count the cost of our membership to indieheaven.com because the blessings far outweigh the cost.
Thank you once again and please let us know if there is anything that we can do in return for your kindness.
Sincerely, Danny from Mile7
Keith,
I only have a second but just wanted to say hello and tell you guys how AWESOME you are and how much I'm missing y'all and Franklin and .... every thing ... already!
Any way ... I'm forever changed by meeting you two and by the inspiration. So I'm totally motivated by all that you've told me to take communion far more often (as often as possible) and really strive for that relationship. I need it desperately.
thank you both again. I hope you know how much you two mean to me. So much more than people behind a company ... you are truly my friends.

Keith,
We received an artist booking from Indieheaven recently, and we were at
Riverside Park Church of God, In Livonia, MI.
Yesterday November 20, 2005. Thank you for all your
prayers, this was truly a call of God. We received a
love offering, is there a fee that we owe Indieheaven? We
received a $250.00 love offering, which will certainly
help our ministry, and Charlene Berry. So please let
us know, and you may use this email, with the money
amount, deleted, for encouragement purposes, for other
indieheaven music ministries.
In Christ,
Lawrence & Diane Marie Leach In God's Image
NOTE: Indieheaven is not paid commission for bookings that come through an artists page. That is your provision to put towards your ministry. We believe in 2 way street ministry.
Keith,
I want to thank you for all you do for the indie community. I know God will take you even farther than you are now. Your site has helped our ministry more in the past week than anything we have done in the last 3 years. Thank you so very much, and God Bless! I will continue to pray for your growing success in your faith and in the music industry.
Eddie from the band, The Color Channel
Keith So, do you remember a few weeks ago I visited your really fantastic church in Franklin (Wow!) with my wife, Margaret. Well, I do ... and I'll never forget it.
You introduced us to Tim and gave us the grand tour of your IH office/headquarters Cool. Then you reached into the vault (so, I exaggerate a little) and handpicked (literally, no exageration there) an IndieHeaven T-shirt for me for having upgraded my subscription to the Annual Plan. Cool - an in-person delivery from the Chief!
And do you recall that yesterday I emailed you and asked you to hit my credit card up for $100 to donate to the IH CD project. Geez, I haven't been a member for even a month and here I am throwin' money at ya'll!
Well, this morning I'm, getting dressed and for some reason I reach for the Indie Heaven T-shirt to wear for the first time.
See! We gotta tell everyone to:
A. Join IndieHeaven
B. SUBSCRIBE ANNUALLY
C. KNOW GOD LOVES YOU WHEN YOU WEAR YOUR indieheaven T-SHIRT and
D. Financial support of your IH artist family comes back to you double! (it has not yet been confirmed whether you have to wear the t-shirt for this to occur. But, don't take the risk!)
Love abounds!
Rick LaRocca
Hey Keith-
The January February Relevant Magazine ad looks great! We appreciate so much your talent and mission and the opportunity to be a part of indieheaven.com. It's been such a positive experience to be a part of this and it is helping us learn this business. It has been so interesting to watch God work as he brought Justin Glasco (Keyboardist for Jeremy Camp and personal friend of Indieheaven president Keith Mohr) into our lives (who we LOVE!) and then he led us to you and you have become an outstanding assest to my ministry. With the traffic on the site- we are beginning to think that it would be wise to start selling some cd's from his artist page- so I will check into that today.
again- thanks for all of your hard work! Chris Smith
Keith,
I just wanted to send a note telling you how much of a difference being a part of indiheaven has already made. I joined on October 10th 2005... today it is November 2nd - not even one month has gone by and I have already been contacted by 2 radio stations, 1 Podcast administrator who put one of my songs on his show, been invited to play in an indieheaven writers round at a local church, my page has received 1773 hits as of this morning, and my song "The Locksmith" has moved up from #73 on the radio charts to #28. The 4 songs I have listed on my home page have been previewed 841 times. Being a part of indieheaven has also enabled me to meet many other like minded artists on the forum who share the same passion for answering God's call as I do. I was even approached by one artist who invited me to do a full concert with him in Bowling Green KY. I accepted the invite and the concert is schedule for November 18th. God is truly doing a great thing through indieheaven. Being a Christian indie artist with no exposure is like being a taxi driver without a car. You have a job to do, a calling, but without the tools to follow that call then it is nearly impossible to be as effective as you could be if you DID have the right tools. Indieheaven provides the right tools. I truly believe God introduced me to indieheaven because I didn't know what the next steps should be...after joining, everything just started happening...kind of like God was driving...imagine that. Don't get me wrong, I have been active in getting the word out to my prayer team and my own distribution list, but indieheaven provides a one-stop-shop for all of the indie artists needs. If the artist utilizes the resources indieheaven provides, the only limit to the possibilities is the artists willingness to participate. In order to reach the masses with the message of Christ, it is imperative that the masses know who you are and what you're about... Indieheaven has already helped me get organized and empowered to focus on following the calling that God has mandated for my life. Thank you - And I look forward to more good things through indieheaven and the friends I have made here.
In Christ,
Brad Reynolds
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
Hey Keith!
Can I just take a second and tell you how excited I am to be apart of Indieheaven? :-) :-) :-) These hit numbers are awesomem 3.8 million hits in October!
I've been using FanFinder to keep in touch with my fans and it's been so easy and worth the time it took to add my database! Wish I would have done it sooner! :-)
Being on the radio charts has been a great thing too. I've heard from people I haven't heard from for a long time. It's awesome to hear that people are supporting me and getting involved like never before in my ministry. Exciting!
Thanks for all you do to keep this thing moving and growing. You're always looking to move us to the next level of ministry.
Blessings,
Cheri Showalter
Hello Keith,
I've been wanting to write the two of you for a long time now.... Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the opportunity to sing at the Hurricane Katrina Benefit Concert. It was a
blast! You both have been so encouraging and helpful and I just want you to know how much I appreciate it. As well as all the hard work you put into IndieHeaven...what a great place!!! I'm so thankful to be a part of it and
I'm so thankful for you! May God continue to bless your ministry!

Keith,
You have always been a man of integrity, with a humble spirit, and a man of service. I count it an honor to partner with you. In my heart, I wish that I could help each and every artist on Indieheaven to be the brightest beacon of light for Jesus. We are the body of Christ, and we are a body and we need each others limbs to carry us when we are tired, when we are burdened and when we need encouragement. I pray that I might be able to be some of these things to you Keith. Please know that you have a friend who loves you and has been on your mission with you since day one I count it an honor to be a part of Indieheaven. I love you brother. Thanks for your continued blessing in putting together a tangible vehicle of God's love to the world. Jesus bless my dear friend Keith. Lord he loves You-Your word tells us to seek first the kingdom of God- and all things will be added to us. Father I am asking for Your storehouses to open wide to Your servant Keith. Protect him in all he does. May Indieheaven be a supernatural light to the world proclaiming Your praises and delivering the world from evil through Your Holy Spirit. I pray in Jesus name. May Christ continue to shine His never ending light on you Keith. You are loved and respected by so many and I give you props in Christ,
Jim Vilandre
WOW! Its only been a week since I have joined IH. I am awed by the Blessing you guys are and all that is offered through the MERCY & GRACE that the Lord has given you for us "Musicianaries".
HE'S TOO TOO MUCH! And so are you!
Your obedience and commitment is TOO TOO MUCH! All that there is to offer and all that there is in tools to reach the poor in Spirit is TOO TOO MUCH! Yes it's TOO TOO MUCH!
All my "Born From Above Life" (20 years this Christmas) I dreamed of having
dear friends to have a common cause in music. To spread the Gospel with
music with "Gospel that Swings"® became reality and a hope like a rolled out
red carpet begins.
Jazz in my case Big Band/Swing is a venue that in climbing the charts in
re-recognition and is becoming an understanding accepted and needed within
the church of Jesus Christ.
It is my commission to find ears so they can hear, learn and play again.
Let's develop an awareness of Jazz within Indieheaven together. I'm looking
for brothers and sisters to jump on this "unique" band wagon. Thank You for
the IH venue of Outreach!
Oh the Glory of God!
HE'S TOO TOO MUCH!
Blessings Always,

Hello,
In July I received a call from a church that saw my artist information
listed on Indieheaven. I was so excited to hear that someone was actually
contacting me because they saw me on Indieheaven. The church was planning
an outdoor concert for the same time as their annual chicken BBQ
fund-raiser. The day of the concert was SO hot and humid and I was
wondering how this outdoor event was going to go. The church was so kind
and set up a little stage outside for us and even put it under a tarp to
block the sun. (God sent a wonderful breeze too!) The people from the
church were so welcoming and not only blessed us with a $500 honorarium but
we each could take home lots of BBQ chicken! This church was only 2 1/2
hours from my house but would probably not have found out about me without
Indieheaven. The honorarium from this booking more than paid for my
membership.
Blessings,
Cheri Showalter
Keith,
All in all we are looking forward to what God has for us, if anything. If nothing, then we are very content to serve Him playing or not in anyway He sees fit. But that does not mean we are sitting and waiting. We have a plan and are pursuing it...and walking through the doors He opens. And so far there are lots of doors. And IndieHeaven has been a door of opportunity that we could have never imagined possible. All of the shows we have done so far a direct result of being on IH. The promoters have all gone to IH to hear our music. I even got a contact with one of the regional VP's from Tower Records because he heard us on IH. I have spoken with him personally and he assures me that when we finish our CD he will set up a meeting to place our CD on the shelf, in the indie section of our local Tower, of course. I'll let you know how this goes.
Bruce from the group Seven
Dear Keith,
It was so good to meet you at the GMA this year. Thank you for your love
and support. I praise our Father in heaven for blessing you with such a big
heart and birthing within you such an incredible vision for advancing His
kingdom through the ministry of music. There is an exponential outpouring of
grace (Gods empowering presence) that is flowing in you. I witness it in
everything you communicate and I am blown away by the TLC you have for every
artist that God has entrusted to you.
Your ministry is so effective. You introduce, train, equip, empower, and
mobilize the lives of so many to fulfill their God given ministries in the
body of Christ and the world.
Thank you for stepping out on to the water and walking in faith and
obedience to what God has called you to.

Hey Keith,
Dawn Jones here—just a quick note to let you know I think you’re doing a really great thing for Indies! You were on my mind & I haven’t written for a little while & just wanted you to know I was thinking about you & your ministry & you really are making a difference in the lives of Indies & re-shaping the way the industry looks at them!!
Way to go!!!!
See ya,
Dawn Jones

I've been watching and you're really doing some great things for your bands over at
IH. I get emails all the time from folks wanting me to either sign my band up for
their service. Got one this morning as a matter of fact. They wanted me to pay
them $150 a year to "promote" us online. I went and checked them out. They had
different prices for the same "packages" on different pages. One price advertised
and then once you clicked "join" it was a higher price. They were going to "feature"
us on their online radio station ... which, after a little checking, I found only gets
about 250 hours of actual listeners a month. All of their "feature artists" had
messed up links, so if you clicked on band A, you actually went to band B's page!
Plus, they are only getting about 500 views every 6 to 12 months per artist. Not
good numbers for $150 a year. I'm seriously thinking about writing a piece on it
since young bands don't check - they get so excited that someone wants to "help"
them that they spend money they don't have and then are crushed when they get
nothing out of it. In all honesty, I would have to say that IH is one of the few that
actually DOES anything for it's members. Keep up the great work.
God bless ... Kim Jones

Lead Singer - Road to Revelation
Indieheaven is truly a place of cultivation of artists! Like it has been said before, it is so much more than a place of distribution or marketing tools. This is a place God uses regularly to encourage, love and inspire artists all over the country through the other artists and most importantly, the other CHRISTIANS who meet here on the boards regularly.
Sure, Indieheaven has put together a GREAT site for the artist to promote themselves, share their life story and sell CD's but if that is all you're in this business (ministry) for--you will struggle. Indieheaven has helped hundreds of artists realize that it "isn't about THEM"- there is a vibrant communtiy here- a community of prayer warriors, supporters, mentors and friends who help one another to be the very best we can be! They're here to help YOU be the very best you can be...
Ecclesiastes 4:8-12 4 And I saw that all labor and all achievement spring from man's envy of his neighbor. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind. 5 The fool folds his hands and ruins himself. 6 Better one handful with tranquillity than two handfuls with toil and chasing after the wind. 7 Again I saw something meaningless under the sun: 8 There was a man all alone; he had neither son nor brother. There was no end to his toil, yet his eyes were not content with his wealth. "For whom am I toiling," he asked, "and why am I depriving myself of enjoyment?" This too is meaningless- a miserable business! 9 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: 10 If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! 11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? 12 Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
A cord of three- thirty- three-hundred!
We need no longer to covet the success of our brothers and sisters around us but rather God has called us to invest in their victories- celebrating WITH THEM in their success as if it were our own. Likewise, we're called to invest in their failures, helping them up and out of the turmoil in which they may find themselves. We don't need to do this alone. Ministering and sharing the word of God whether through word or song is a huge responsibility and it brings you to the forefront of attack by outside forces. You need support- you need to be loved- you'll find that here at Indieheaven.
You'll find this amongst other Christians who are traveling the same journey yet on different paths. We understand one another when our families and friends cannot. We're here to support each other and sow into each others minitry objectives- helping each other in the spirit of Jesus Christ!
Community- Koiniania! We are a family- we are friends who keep each other accountable for our actions, thoughts, goals and ideas. I can promise you this...you will do many things here: you will sell CD's, you will promote yourself and your accomplishments but most importantly YOU WILL GROW both as an artist and a Christian! Join our family- there's plenty of room! We look forward to meeting you!

My group joined IH this year and we are having a blast with it. Keith has been so gracious to help us get started and we are excited about what God is doing through Indieheaven. We pray that Jesus will continue to bless Keith and Indieheaven! I hope to attend the CIA Summit next month and meet some new friends.
Amy Sylvester from Soulfood
I came to Indieheaven first as a customer. I was looking for some “Christian” classic rock/blues, and found it here. Later on I joined the boards then about 6 months later I joined IH as a “limited” artist (still not sure I like the sound of that). I’m now an “unlimited artist” and like Ken said, it’s more than a place for exposure or posting MP3 files or trying to sell CDs on line. There is so much more. Venue lists, Fan finder, learning resources, advertising co-op, great articles from experienced music scene vets, but best of all is the community on the boards. People getting together to share gigs or booking one another at their local venue, great discussions on how to get out there and just do it, and a very active prayer tent. I’ve made a lot of friends here and it’s great to get together and see them in person at the CIA Summit. If you’re thinking of joining, I highly recommend it. Get involved! I hate clichés but “the more you put in…”
Joe Rivers
Indieheaven more than an on-line distrubutor... it is more than a place to sell your CD's or promote your music... it is a place where a group of artists have come together for the purpose of fellowship and encouragement. It is truly a community in every sense of the word.
Now... I know there are loads and loads of features to be found here that would benefit any artist at any level... but what draws me here is this "Community" of artists whom I have grown to love and admire and folks... that is worth more than any price to be a member here. As the old saying goes... it is priceless!
Ken Verheecke
Keith,
I wanted to tell you that indie heaven has given our band great exposure. We have exploded lately. People are checking us out on the web site and then coming to our shows. In the area's that we are going into for the first time we have seen a huge increase in attendance. We sold out of our first printing of our first cd in the last month. Last weekend we had over 130 teens come forward to except Jesus as their savior. Thank's Keith indie heaven is a great tool for our band.
Yours In Christ, Ted Youker from S.T.O.R.M.
Keith,
we cant thank you enough for this weekend and all the hard work you put into it! Thanks also for the supper! Steak and Shake is AMAZING!!
It was awesome to finally meet you and put a face to the name. We have comeback encouraged not only by what we learned from Tom Jackson and John Mays, but also by you and your example as a leader, and as a man of integrity!
Thank You!
peace,
bry from .heretoday.
Thanks to you Keith! Your vision has provided a wealth of opportunity for
countless indie artists like ourselves. We could not do it without YOU!

Brethren,
Greetings to you from the beautiful Republic of Panama. I just wanted to say that I have been a part of Indie Heaven for about 4 years now and I cannot say enough about the sense of community I feel from so many of it's family members. There is always an encouraging word to be found, technical advice on recording, tips as to how we can better promote the individual ministries we represent and recently, in my case, friends to record with and for.
I have worked with 4 different artists and ministries on Indie Heaven in this past year alone and as I get to know more artists it seems we are able to meet one another's needs and help each other out when we need a hand. I have written, sung and produced with these fellow servants and I have grown spiritually and economically by simply hanging around the community message boards and watching them share their hearts and visions.
I appreciate this ministry and I agree whole-heartedly with it's desire to empower those who aren't afraid of putting their hand to the plough to work until the return of our Lord Jesus. I am proud to be a part of Indie Heaven, this great melting pot of talented professionals, and I am honored to call it's founder and leader, Keith Mohr, my brother and friend.
Blessings to you all

I would just like to tell you how much we appreciate your ministry. My wife and I have been in full time ministry for almost ten years now, (mostly preaching, teaching, and praise & worship), and crossing over into the "Christian rock music scene" has not been the easiest thing in the world to do...( but that is where the Lord has led us). So with that said, we would just like you to know that it has been an awesome experience being a part of your web-site/Ministry...It is definitely run with the "Spirit of Excellence". Keep up the great work for the Kingdom, and we look forward to meeting you soon
Hovland
Keith,
In case no one’s told you lately, it appears obvious to me, at least, that God has really gifted you for the work you’re doing. So much of what you say is really “feeding” me lately in ways I’ve been parched for (does that make sense?) – I liked the article I barely skimmed too, about the path of least resistance – when I get a few minutes, I want to read it again, more thoroughly this time.
Mary Dye
I Really love the way things are going with Indie Heaven Keith. You really
go above and beyond all expectations with your artists...at least that's how
I feel. In fact, we're not directing our potential venues / fans to our
personal website any longer, we now direct them to our Indie Heaven webpage
and from there they can view the pages if they choose to do so. I feel this
way, if we're not the band they're looking for, well, there's many other
great artists to choose from. It's truly all about helping one
another.....and Christ get's the glory!
One of Ten
Keith,
You are awesome! My site is really coming together and I'm so very proud of it. This whole process of discovering your ministry has been a blessing. I will be pouring much effort into Indieheaven and will be utilizing all of your services. This will be my primary home base for my work in God rock. Over the coming months I'm going to have much more funds available for advertising. Hopefully it will also include money for CIA. For sure I will make use of your ad in CCM. My next album is written and I hope to begin work on it at the first of the year. I'm getting good response from folks here in Houston. We are the fourth largest market in the US, and I intend to make Indieheaven well known around these parts. I just want you to know that I am going to do everything I can to further the blessings you've already sent my way.
May the desires of your heart be realized in God's blessings,
Chris Cato
Hi Keith,
Praise God ! You rock, I just checked out our artist page, it's awesome. I could not beleve that you made the changes so fast and added another song. Your service is excellant. Thank you for being genuine about your ministry. In this business that is a rare quality indeed.
Your's In Christ,

Keith,
What an awesome thing you are doing. I joined knowing this was a good deal, but it is really more than that. Way more!. I am going to be praying for you sooooo much more. Thank You for your faithfulness. I love my page on Indieheaven. I sent out an e-mail to my whole church and various others, letting them know of me finalizing my CD, and of my new web page here. They are checking it out and are visiting my page and leaving messages for me..
Well Just wanted to say hey.. and Thank You again... I Love what you are doing for the Lord

Again, I really appreciate all you're doing to help indie artists everywhere. This site has already been a huge blessing to me. Thank you!

Keith,
At this point I am evaluating the "value proposition" of using your service and another service like yours.
I am paying a small amount for them ($4.95 per month) but I will be canceling very soon. Their service has been
poor and customer contact non-existent. There have been "0" personal e-mails like the one's you communicate.
Their response time after signing up took many days.....plus they still have not placed me in rotation for Features and
I requested it over 3 weeks ago. For me personally my experience with your service has been good.
Blessings,
Roy Edwards
Hi Guys!
I wanted to give you an fyi that Jennifer performed at the Crystal Cathedral 12/28. She did two morning services in front of about 2,500 people each. We are hoping that they consider her for Hour of Power next.
Thank YOU so much for helping us make that connection. Neva from CC has been very generous.
I am so thrilled to see you and IH making tangible progress. Awesome!!!
Jennifer Stanley
Good afternoon Keith, and God bless you and Indie Heaven.
Just a quick line to let you know what IH has meant to us in less than a month. We have been contacted by a radio dj wanting our cd to play and use in promotions. Also, we were contacted by a coffee house in Taylor MI they want a cd and want to have us live sometime. And one more thing as soon as my contract runs out with my present provider Indie Music Host will be hosting www.judgmentdayready.com . We are currently trying to
earn/find enough cash to get us into the IH ad in CCM in the near future. Well thanks again and God bless all that you do. You haveblessed us.....

I thank you for all you've done and am excited about releasing the new CD with Indieheaven as the main online carrier for the CD. I believe in your services and feel that i have already benefited greatly in just a little over a month!!!

Keith
Thank you very much. We have been VERY pleased with Indie Heaven. Already we're reaping the benefits of networking, effective online presence, and the upcoming CIA Summit, and we're not even out of our first month yet! What a blessing!
This is great- thanks for your work- God bless!

Hi Keith,
I have great news. A couple of weeks ago we received an email from The Music Insider from Nashville. We are signing the contract this week. They will be booking our shows and making suggestions to TV shows and the like to use our songs. So this is a big step for us. All that just to say thanks for allowing us to be on your site. Indieheaven is where these folks saw us. That's incredible. By the way the guys who shot the music video for Building 429 are the same people who are working with us. This just gets more exciting.
Oh yeah, and that gig in Newtown, PA that you hooked up for us in February was awesome. There were 400+ kids, they paid us $1,000, put us up in a hotel, and paid our expenses. It was an awesome trip. Thanks for helping us out. We are praying constantly for Indieheaven.

Keith,
If only more people could realize the power of coming together. Where 2 or more are gathered He is there also. If God is for it, who can be against it. Keep up the awesome work Keith. We are on verge of something awesome. Something is about to break loose.

Keith!
Yesterday I observed - heck, celebrated - 1 year with IndieHeaven! I am very happy with my association with you and your mission. Consider me a "lifer."
Jim Shoulak
You are one of the good guys...I believe in you and who you are, what you stand for. I believe you have no secret agenda and that you function for the greater good, with your own personal ministry sitting second. When you do things like that, sooner or later, God rewards the selflessness with good....I look forward to someday meeting you though, oddly, I feel like I already know you. I'm blessed to participate in Indieheaven...wish I could do more.
Lynn Geyer
We are very thankful for Indie Heaven and for Keith’s vision to provide a place for the independent artist in this very complicated and fickle industry. Keith has created an online environment unlike anything else on the Internet. It is a vibrant community of like-minded and like hearted believers who love serving God with their musical gifts. Thanks to Indie Heaven, our music will be heard and impact the lives of many that we could have never reached otherwise.

Keith,
I must tell you how significant the IH relationship has been to me.
I don't even remember how I stumbled across the site as I was surfing the net...but God knew. I have grown in my ability to think proactively regarding my ministry. The body that is functioning among this group of believers is exciting and fresh....I can't imagine what it was like before.
Thank you for being faithful to your call and encouraging us to do the same with excellence!
Heather Powers (heather recently left Indieheaven after receiving a recording contract)
Hey Keith,
You guys are doing an awesome job down there in Nashville.
This stuff with CCM and the indie conference...amazing. Congratulations.
It's so exciting to see all of this stuff begin to happen. Who knows what's on the horizon! We look forward to finding out though!
That's all I had to say, really...just wanted to say hi, let you know we're still alive, and tell you you're doing a great job and we really appreciate the hard work.
Your friend in Jesus,
Aaron Jannings, Skuf Ministries
Hey Keith,
I just read your heartfelt open letter and I pray that the Lord will continue to use this ministry...I've seen lots of chrisitian indie sites bite the dust, and I don't want to see that happen with this site. We have enjoyed being on this site, and it has helped our exposure. Thanks again for your ministry, the internet is a powerful tool to reach people.
In Christ,

Indieheaven has helped us get exposure. We got two paying gigs from it and we met the people that did our website from it. So far its been worth it, keep up the good work.

Keith,
I know I've been rather quiet lately, but I've have been keeping up with things at IH and your move to Nashville. I wish I would've had the guts to do that about 25 years ago! Keith I feel very strongly that your being there is going to make a major impact on the industry for independent artists everywhere. You have made a great leap of faith to realize your dream and calling. And I hope everyone in the IH family realizes that you did it for them. I do believe that you are called to do this. The key ingredient for
your success is that unrelenting passion that you have for this thing. Make no mistake about it, bro...you will succeed!

Your admin options blew me away as a positive note! I've been submitting our band to a number of places online, and no one has this much available for posting cool stuff. Not to mention the opportunities you've bridged for us to get heard by stations...
The admin section is awesome & no one should feel like they have to do these things, but rather be excited that they have the chance to do all these things as they get time.
I REALLY apprecitate your personality, friendliness, attention to detail and to relationship, your perspectives on God, work and people, your humor, and the opportunities
& blessings you're trying share with others as God directs. I am proud to be part of this community above all others I've checked out. & I've only just barely begun to work up a site with you! I look forward to whatever God has ahead for us, individually, in friendship, and corporately as we give what He gives to others.

Keith,
Just wanted to send a quick note to say how amazing I think IndieHeaven is.
I was bummed this afternoon because I thought Almighty God has fallen off the top 20 radio songs....BUT...I didn't look at the first page where it was #5! The opportunities page has already got requests for CD's and things are moving along nicely. Thanks so much for your ministry and guidance. I know I definitely needed some and your advice has been right on the money.
Thanks again! Peace,
Brant Christopher
Indieheaven is more than a website! It's a ministry. God knows your heart and he knows your needs. You all have been such a blessing to me. I haven't sold anything from indieheaven yet, but you've blessed me with support, inspiration, and wisdom straight from the word. The support you have given me even though you don't personally know me, gives me hope and encouragement that there are wonderful Christian people in the ministry who are concerned with the success of ministries and not the money to be made. In a nut shell, Mark11:22-25 says anything you ask, believing, and not doubting, you shall receive... I hope this gives you encouragement and blesses you as you have blessed me. I will continue to pray for you and you ministry.

I wonder if you realise just how much encouragement we all draw from you...........just the EXISTENCE of the IH ministry has given such hope. And your sense of humour helps us to see the lighter side of our struggles and disappointments! I do believe you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this. A word in season to the weary, how wonderful it is!

A coffee house in Pennsylvania was getting info from the Indie Heaven site about another artist, saw my info (the title of the CD caught their attention) and they want me to come out there! I had been praying about what direction I should go now that the CD is out and this clearly gives me one (travel east ;-). My heart is to play wherever I am lead - and for it to be more of a ministry than a career.
Thanks for making IH available!
In Christ...

Your artist administration features are so easy I had no problems figuring it all out! Technology is NOT my gift, but it must be yours. This is the most user-friendly site I've
ever experienced. Thank you!!

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME - I didn't think the site could get any better looking than it was BUT GOOD LAWD...I am stunned. I just love it. I can't wait to get some of our Panamanian talent on board. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

And that's why I do my indie business with Indie Heaven: the personal touch in a cold cruel world. Thanks!! Hey, here is a quote of the week.
In order to excel, you must be completely dedicated to your chosen sport. You must also be prepared to work hard and be willing to accept destructive criticism. Without 100 percent dedication, you won't be able to do this. - Willie Mays

Keith I appreciate your ministry so much. We actually had fellow Indie Heaven artist Julie Simpson here in Hawaii to sing for the soldiers at Schofield Barracks. That would have never happened had it not been for Indie Heaven. She shared her testimony and sang a whole bunch of songs so Praise God for Indie Heaven.

By the way the site looks great now, think you've done a great job! One thing it's done for me is put me in touch with Chris Pusey, who is also fron the UK, with the chance of some solo work on some albums he'll be producing.
God bless

Hey, IH is da best camp to be in and I am blessed to be a part.
Here's a neat testimony about how Indieheaven has impacted my life
Last March, a brother contacted me and asked if he could use my recording of "Amazing Grace on a disk presentation for his father's funeral. I said yes and his reply was that after his father's estate was settled, he was going to send me a gift. Months went by and I thought that he may not follow through. Then, I heard from him again in November. He told me the estate had been settled and the the gift was sent within about a month of this contact. When I opened up the envelope and pulled the letter away from being wrapped around the check, I was amazed to see the amount of five-thousand dollars written out. PRAISE GOD!! I called this brother and thanked him. In our conversation, he told me the Lord had placed this specific amount in his mind months before he mailed the check. Being obediant to the Lord as he was, I was very blessed. PRAISE GOD!!! This is the testimony I told you about without details in a previous E-mail. I thank the Lord for His wonderful goodness, faithfulness and mercy. Now Keith...the reason I am sharing this with you...he found my recording of "Amazing Grace" on IndieHeaven.
Blessings,
John Tussey
It really means a lot to me as a “struggling musician” that you are investing this amount of time in finding out what’s on my/our mind and what makes us tick and what we think. I am well aware of who you are and where you’re coming from and I must say that everyone of your caliber whom we as a band have come in contact with (Charlie Peacock, Peter Furler, Scott Dente, etc.) has been so down to earth and helpful. I really respect that and appreciate it.

I think the Indie heaven site looks great. you guys are doing a top notch job. I don't know if you get much thanks from other Indie artist but this artist thanks you for caring
about Indie artist, and for all of your hard work. I really mean that and no I'm not just buttering you guys up for some kind of exposure. Again thanks and God bless.

I just thought I'd pass on that I'm really liking indieheaven so far! ..like most of us, I started out on mp3.com...then they started charging $20 something a month or else you wouldn't get pay for play... Then I went to ampcast.com which had a great cd program, (where i got my cd's made) and then they started a huge yearly fee to even BE on the site. Then
after all the deadlilnes for membership passed, they STOPPED pay for play! Then I went to javamusic, and now their deadline for 'free' pages is stopping, plus they are instituting a 'review' of new artists before they will let you sign up. They require a professional promo package and cd now before you sign up, so basically it's not for the true INDIE artist anymore....
I had reservations going into indieheaven since I'd been bitten 3 times already by the so called 'we support indie artist' sites. But so far I like it. You're quick with support and I'm actually SEEING some money being generated through the site. I can't wait until you get my cd's so I can start offering them through the site as well.
Keep up the good work!
Joe Lynch
Thanks for all you do for indie music. I am already noticing a difference in traffic to my own site as a direct result of being on indieheaven.
Peace,
