"After spending over 2 years, (and a lot of blood, sweat and tears!) tracking our new album we didn't want to jeporadize the entire project by attempting to mix it ourselves. The decision to out source the production of our project to Keith Mohr and Eric Copeland have been the best thing we've done for this new album.
We still can not believe how good the mixes sound and how clear the production is, and the best part is it was not nearly as expensive as we had thought!! Eric has unbiased golden ears, and he brought out the best of the songs in a way that we never would have imagined. The tracks were mixed and in our hands in no time, and Keith and Eric dealt with every one of our concerns, and even gave some advice along the way.
Coming from me, a guy who only a few months ago did not want anyone to touch our music, I could never have made the songs sound nearly as good for double the money and time. This will be the best investment in our music we have ever made, and it has made the new album the best it could be.
What's the point in saving a few hundred bucks if all you are doing is compromising the project? I am so proud of our new album, and will not hesitate to share it with my peers. We have done everything we could to the best of our ability, and then passed it on to the pros so it could really shine!! And that is a bonus to us and to our fans!!"

Finally, a service that addresses the needs of artists plying the waters of the "new" Christian music industry! Gone are the days when only subservient captives to major labels realized professional recording success. Now-a-days, even though every artist essentially runs their own business, it's been exceedingly difficult to find affordable, turn-key services to work for and with you to advance your businesses goals.
In my opinion, Creative Heaven is at the forefront of the new breed of those aggressively working to take the independent artist to the next level. Only around 10% of those now recording and producing music have the skill-set and equipment to give a project the much sought after national-level sound. That means the other 90% just don?t cut it in what's become the most competitive music market in history.
I've thrown plenty of good money at regional producers and studios and, while these folks are chalk-full of good intensions, they can?t compete with professionals based in "Music City." Remember, if you live and work in the music business in Nashville, you are either the best or you are road kill.
At Creative Heaven, Keith & Eric dovetail perfectly and, in my case, they were able to quickly and competently create a recording of "South" (http://billmallia.com/the_music.htm) that I not only didn't have to apologize for, but was absolutely proud of. During the process, Keith was the quintessential organizer for the overall project while Eric was perfect at translating the intended feel of the song into a work of true value. Even though the costing for the effort was accessibly reasonable, I still received the same treatment and facility use that any major name recording artists would expect. Why, at the world-class studio we used, I even had the chance to spit into the same microphone as Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Rebecca St. James and a host of other recognizable names!
All-in-all, I would strongly recommend that any serious independent Christian artist that is intent on offering their best to God, consider the use of Creative Heaven. Personally, I can?t wait to get back together with the "CH" team. They're a big part of my effort to make sure God's people are all ?sporting a tan on the body of Christ!
