Did you know that John Vitz, INDIEHEAVEN ARTIST, is such a unique man/artist/composer. He has just retired from a lifetime of serving his community as a Dentist. He simply has a heart that cares about people. He powerfully has a gift that has spread across the world and has even been recognized by the Vatican. I’ll let the words of his friends give you a view. “I have known John Vitz since his childhood in Reseda, California. When he sent me a CD of A Mass for Peace in the Third Millennium, I was prepared to be polite and find something nice to say. Imagine my surprise and delight when I listened to his CD and was thrilled by the fine music he had created. John is a Charismatic Catholic. In his own words, “I believe in the power of music to heal bodies, to touch hearts and to stir souls. My mission is to create music that is sacred, prayerful, joyful, inspirational and entertaining. With the help of The Holy Spirit, I have been blessed to touch a few hearts and move a few souls closer to Christ. As a Catholic composer and songwriter, I love to draw from the richness of the art and music of nearly 2000 years of Church history and create a new awareness, a new joy, a new perspective while maintaining what is truly sacred.”
